Applying for Tenancy

To enable us to process your application promptly please assist us by providing the following information. While the information is not essential, nor are you obliged to provide the information, it will simply enable us to complete your application more efficiently.

  1. Where possible please provide a copy of a pay slip, bank statement, group certificate, previous rent receipts, written rental or character references, a copy of your passport or drivers licence.
  2. When completing your application please ensure that all phone numbers provided are for day time contact and people nominated as a referee/employer/current lessor or agent are aware we will be contacting them. If you are faxing your application, photo copy it first, then fax the copy, this makes it easier to read.
  3. All applications are processed and put forward to the lessor, who then makes the decision on who the successful applicant is. You will then be advised of the lessors decision. Please allow up to 5 days for the application and preparation of your tenancy to take place.
  4. If you are successful, the details of the tenancy will be discussed with you. A bond, equivalent to 4 weeks rent and a fortnights rent in advance will be required to be paid on or before the signing of your tenancy agreement. Both the bond and initial rent are payable by bank cheque. All further rent payments are to be made via direct debit. You will need to have your bank account details to complete the direct debit service agreement.
