John Runko — CEO
John Runko is the Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Property Group. He started with the company in 1986 as a salesman and has worked his way through the company structure to his current position.
John's sales results were always outstanding, but it was his strategic planning abilities that ultimately enabled him to reach the top of his profession.
John has always been very heavily involved in the sales and marketing of both new homes and developments and has worked very closely over the years with many of Canberra's most prominent builders and developers. He has been responsible for many of the developments that Independent Group has successfully marketed over the years, and taken these projects all the way from the conceptual stage through to marketing and ultimately construction.
John's planning and marketing advice are now sought by property professionals around the country, as evidenced by John's recent invitation to speak at a national conference organised by prominent Real Estate identity John McGrath.
John is very passionate about his work and his company and is dedicated to ensuring that Independent Property Group continues to lead the real estate industry by delivering the best possible service, advice and most importantly results to their clients.
